28 August 2010, Kuala Lumpur - Registration For Individual Rapid, Chess Fest 2010. When fireyrook arrived at the hall, there was a long queue for participants to register and to pay up their registration dues. It reminded me of the long lines one sees at the Immigration Department!
Well, not that long but enough to worry the people manning the registration counter of the ASTRO Merdeka Individual Rapid chess tournament, a one-day seven round swiss tournament.
