Rapid Bonanza Cancelled!

13 November 2011, Kuala Lumpur – The organisers of the upcoming DATCC Rapid Bonanza 2011 originally due to be held on the 3rd December 2011 at DATCC has now declared the tournament as cancelled.

Any inconvenience caused is regrettable.

4 October 2011, Kuala Lumpur – Here is an announcement from DATCC of a new rapid chess tournament called DATCC Rapid Bonanza. It will be a 7 rounds of Swiss System with a time control of 25 minutes per player. It will be held on the 3rd December 2011 (Saturday) at DATCC, Wilayah Complex, Jalan Dang Wangi, Kuala Lumpur.

There will be one major category  which is the Open. During the event there will be 42 prizes totalling above RM6,000 up for grab. Age group players are entitle to main prize, which ever is higher in value.
