22 October 2012, Kuala Lumpur – Latest News: Have been informed that Ole-Ole Shah Alam Chess Open 2012 has been postponed.
So all you Shah Alam chess fans will have to hold on to your horses as the organisers of the chess event has decided to postpone it. No further details are available at this point in time.
5th October 2012, Kuala Lumpur - The 4th Ole-ole Shah Alam is returning to Shah Alam on 3rd November 2012.
4th OLE-OLE SHAH ALAM CHESS OPEN 2012 or 4th OSACO2012, is an annual chess tournament organized by MCDE with support from Ole-Ole Shopping Centre. The 4th edition offers two categories namely Open and Under-12. All participants and chess enthusiasts from around the country, especially from Shah Alam, Selangor is invited to play in the 4th OSACO2012. Participants will participate in 2 categories (Open and Under-12) with 3 prize structure (Open, Novice and Under-12). Total of both participant estimate at 120 players only.
