White's Dilemma - Morra Gambit

In one of the games played yesterday during the 1st DATCC Individual (FIDE-rated) 2009 chess tournament at the Dato' Arthur Tan Chess Centre, a position  such as in the diagram above appeared.

Black offered a draw.

Should White take the draw or continue playing for a decisive win?
