17th July 2012, Kuala Lumpur – In Jermuk, Armenia the fifth host of the Women’s FIDE Grand Prix 2012 would be taking place from 16th – 29th July 2012. The first round pairings indicate that Hou Yifan will meet Munguntuul Batkhuyag, while Danielian Elina will face local Armenian IM Mkrtchian Lilit. Koneru Humpy of India will have Zhao Xue of China in the first round.
