2 July 2012, Kuala Lumpur – Here is the flyer for the arbiters seminar in Melaka to be held on 13-15 July 2012. It will be held in Hang Tuah City Hotel (old Straits Meridian Hotel). In conjunction with this seminar, a chess tournament will be held at night called Melaka Closed 2012 on 13-14 July 2012.
