I have just got back from lunch and read on the monitors of ITIS (Intelligent Transport Information System) in Kuala Lumpur that roads around the KLCC building will be closed to traffic from 2 pm till 7 pm today, Wednesday, 31st March 2010. The roads concerned mentioned were Jalan Binjai, Jalan Tun Razak (jalan masuk terowong ke Jalan Bukit Bintang) and a few more (my memory escapes me).
