MMU Malacca International Chess Open 2010, 6-7 February 2010 (Updated!)

Another upcoming chess rapid tournament for chess enthusiasts to consider for the month of February 2010. This time it is down south in Malacca.
Mr Jason Chua, Director of International Chess Open MMU provided the following details of the tournament:-

Date: 06-07 February 2010 (Saturday, Sunday)
Place: Multimedia University (MMU) Bukit Beruang Malacca;
Time control: 30 minutes per player per game,
Format: 7 rounds, 1st day – 4 rounds, 2nd day – 3 rounds;
Registration starts: 9.00 am, 6th February 2010.
Entry fees: RM30 (includes food)
VENUE: ACR 1003&1005

1st - RM1000 + Trophy
