31 August 2011, Kuala Lumpur - the 2nd National Rapid Chess Championship 2011 will be held at University Technology Petronas, Bandar Seri Iskandar, Perak on 1-2nd October 2011. It will be a National rated event played over 8 rounds Swiss System, time control 25 mins plus 10 secs increment.
