5 November 2011, Kuala Lumpur – Stonemaster and Cerdik Catur Enterprise in collaboration with Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya (MPSJ) are jointly organising a new chess tournament in Subang Jaya called the “1st Kompleks 3C Amateur Chess Championship 2011” on the 4th December 2011 to be held at Children Creativity Centre, MPSJ, Jalan PJS 11/2, Taman Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
However, players with National Rating of 1600 and below are eligible to participate in this tournament. It will be a one-day rapid tournament consisting of 6 rounds Swiss-System and a time control of 25 minutes per player. Subang Jaya residents get a special lower entry fees of RM15/- to this tournament, so you Subang Jaya residents, let’s jom main catur!
