Got prompted about SS Quah’s regular weekly chess article in today’s The Star dated 12 February 2010, titled “Packed Schedule”. The interesting part was right near the bottom which had news of a possible chess tournament for players below 1400 rating called “Rookie Tornado” chess event.
I’ve been informed to wait for the official detailed flyer soon. So hang on to your pants for the full announcement which DATCC will soon distribute.
