3rd Penang Heritage City International Open 2011

 

3rd October 2011, Kuala Lumpur – The Penang Chess Association (PCA) is organising the 3rd Penang Heritage City International Chess Open 2011 from 5th-10th December 2011 to be held at Tanjung Bungah Beach Hotel, Pulau Pinang. Closing Date is on the 1st December 2011 and entry fees varies according to FIDE Rating as shown in the table below.

It will be a 9 round Swiss System for the Open and Challenger’s categories. Time control is 90 minutes plus 30 seconds per move.
