DATCC 3rd KL Team Chess League 2010, 5th Round Results!

Here are the full results of the fifth round of play for the 3rd DATCC KL Team Chess League 2010 played yesterday evening, 28th April 2010.

Three matches drew their games involving teams Team AU, KAM MAH, First Saturday Chess Team, Tan & Tan Chess Team, UKM and 17 Chess Club. All the three matches ended with 2-2 scoreline.

Think Big is chucking along just fine without the top guns with a decisive win over Sea Horse. IM Mas did not play last night for team Sea Horse. Think Big won 2.5-1.5.

Young turks Excel Chess Team scrapes through with a 2.5-1.5 win over experienced Nusa Mahkota Chess Club. Experienced players like Rizal Ahmad Kamal lost to the likes of Kaushal Khandar.

Surprisingly Price Waterhouse Coopers easily overcomed the ladies team, CS Solutions with an emphatic 4-0 scoreline. A similar scoreline was achieved by Gung Ho over Ad-Hoc chess team. While team Black Pearl simply outclassed DATCC Chess Team who were playing without the services of S Balendran, Andrew Ooi and Azman Hisham Che Doi. Black Pearl won 3-1. The solitary board win for DATCC coming from Najib Wahab.
