Results of KL Chess Festival Rapid 2010

Here are the final results of the KL Chess Festival Rapid 2010 held at Pusat Kecemerlangan Cochrane, Kuala Lumpur held on Sunday, 14th March 2010.

A young boy named Tan Wei Hao beat 29 others including hot favorite, Jax Tham, to become the winner of the KL Chess Festival Rapid 2010. Tan came out tops with 5.0 points from six rounds of play.

Jax Tham was in second place with 4.5 points, together with three other players that include Abdul Shukor Arajah, Yat Guo Jie and Mohamed Ismail.

Bloggers Stonemaster and Andrew Ooi ended up with 4.0 points were a half point behind. Others with 4.0 points include Akbar Ramie Abdullah, Ismail Hassim and giant-killer, Sahir Sarifdin.
